We hear, the director has approached Kangana for a serial killer drama and she has liked the basic idea.
The Queen actress will be seen as a cop on the hunt for a psychopath in the thriller. A source close to the development told SpotboyE.com, "She's likely to get into it after she wraps up Rangoon with Vishal Bhardwaj. She is excited about her role; it's something she hasn't explored in the past."
The filmmaker is lending finishing touches to his rom-com and once he's delivered both, Hero and Katti Batti, work will begin on the next.
When we contacted Nikhil, he confirmed that his production company Emmay had clinched a deal with another studio, but said that he wasn't at liberty to discuss additional details.
